  • Service times. How many taps it takes a stranger to find when you meet. If it's more than one, that's the first fix.
  • The newcomer's path. Whether there's a page for people who are new, and whether it answers what they actually ask.
  • Phone speed and readability. How the site loads and reads on an ordinary phone on an ordinary connection.
  • Search visibility. What your church currently comes up for, and what it doesn't.
  • AI answers. What the main AI assistants say when asked about your church, and whether it's true.

What do we need to send you?

Your church's name, the website address, the town, and an email for the note. Nothing else. If you don't have a website yet, send the church name and town and we'll check the map and the directories.

Who reads the results?

A person. The checks are run with software, and then someone at True Light Digital reads the output and writes the note by hand. You won't get an automated report full of graphs.
